Purpose: session record, final report, best-practice video, promotion of the Sejong Culture Academy and King Sejong Institutes
Content: my image and voice in photos and videos taken during the session
Where: websites and social media of the King Sejong Institute Foundation and the local King Sejong Institute, promotional videos, press releases, printed materials
Retention: submitted to the King Sejong Institute Foundation and kept as program records
On request to the King Sejong Institute or the program office, online posts are removed or blurred (printed materials already distributed excepted). If you prefer not to be filmed individually, tell the staff on site.
No payment is made for the use of photos or videos.
You may refuse this consent; since the whole session is filmed, registration is then not possible.
